E-Pak-Sa, or Doctor Lee, is a Korean-born musician who lives and works mostly in Japan; he is best known for combining classic Pong-zaak, a subgenre of Korean disco-pop (a.k.a “tour bus music” for its popularity amongst tour bus drivers) and modern techno beats.

Advance Base Battery Life. The animals dancing in the video (including the one-armed panda!) were drawn by Julia Pott, a London-based illustrator; you can find more of her illustrations and other works
